1. Return authorization

Since we sell health and nutrition supplements, product safety is of paramount importance to us.

Due to hygiene and quality control reasons, we can only accept returns under certain conditions.

We accept returns if:

Received a damaged, defective, or unsuitable product.
The product is unopened, unused, and comes in its original packaging.
You will submit a return request within 30 days from the date of product delivery.

Non-returnable products:

Resolved or used diet supplements.
Products returned without original packaging or purchase receipt.
Products marked with “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” labels.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return request:

Our team will review your request and, if approved, will send you the return instructions.

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we process the refund or exchange.

Important information

Returning the shipment cost is borne by the buyer, unless the error occurred on our side.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after verification.
