A Nutricity Hungary We will do everything to process orders quickly and deliver them on time. Please review the following order comment policy.

Leap year period

From the date of order placement Within 24 hours There is an option to cancel the order.

The cancellation request must be sent to our customer service department via one of the following contact details.

If the cancellation request is received within 24 hours of placing the order and the order has not yet been shipped, we will refund the full amount to the original payment method.

Cancellation after 24 hours

Within 24 hours, orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment.

If you would like to cancel the order after this, it may no longer be possible to cancel it.

In this case, you have the option to refuse package receipt upon delivery.

Once the rejected package returns to us in its original condition, we will refund the product price, less the shipping costs.

Important information

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Shipping costs are not reembolsable after the expiration of the 24-hour cancellation period in case of cancellation or refusal of delivery.
If the returned product arrives in a non-original condition, a handling fee will be charged.
